Single-row roller bearings are demountable, the ring with pilot flanges together with the cage with rollers and the second ring can be assembled separately. They are manufactured in multiple series in basic designs NU, N, NJ and NUP. The bearings feature high rigidity, low friction, the ability to transmit high radial loads and are suitable for high rpm.
The bearings are supplied with standard clearance, bearings for special placing applications can be supplied either with lower or higher radial clearance. The bearings are manufactured in normal accuracy, for seating more demanding in terms of accuracy, or seating with higher rpm frequency, bearings with higher running accuracy are used.
The bearings in the NU design – the outer ring has two pilot flanges, the inner ring is without the pilot flanges. Axial displacement of the shaft towards the element (body) is possible in both directions.
The bearings in the N design – the inner ring has two pilot flanges, the outer ring is without the pilot flanges. Axial displacement of the shaft towards the element (body) is possible in both directions.
The bearings in the NJ design – the outer ring has two pilot flanges, the inner ring has one pilot flange. The bearing can transmit axial forces in one direction.
The bearings in the NUP design – the outer ring has two pilot flanges, the inner ring has one solid pilot flange and one loose flange consisting of a flange ring. The bearing can transmit axial forces in both directions.
